Heading back to school for some kids can be a struggle especially if it is their first time or if they will be riding the school bus for the first time.

1. Start Preparing Early
The earlier you get started, the simpler it will be. Make a list of all the tasks you have to complete before the start of school. Meal planning, shopping for school supplies, clothing, haircut care, physicals and bus routes to schools if kids are taking the bus.
2. Bedtime
A painless method to ease the kids back into their regular sleeping schedule is to gradually advance their bedtime by a half-hour each week until they are back to their school night bedtime. Increase their wake-up time together with their bedtime. Allow the children a week before the start of the school year to practice waking up on time, getting ready, and eating breakfast before heading out to class.
3. Make Returning/Or Starting School FUN!
